Soaring in the 2nd Grade​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

At Woodland Elementary, we teach math through the use of the EveryDay Math resource. Students will have a math sheet to finish each night as a review of the days lesson. Homework should be completed with a parent and then signed to prove that work was checked for accuracy and understanding. At the end of each unit, students will bring home a Unit Review to complete to help them prepare for the assessment. Students will also be expected to practice math facts as much as possible, so that they may be successful at timed math fact quizzes and to support there understanding of other mathematical concepts.
